Austan was born in Framingham, Mass...is majoring in criminal justice at Curry...the son of Karen Dmohowski...chose Curry for the opportunity to play on the men's ice hockey team

Before Curry:
Austan is a 2018 graduate of The Hoosac School in Hoosick Falls, N.Y...played four years of varsity ice hockey and one year of varsity baseball for the Owls...named MVP of his ice hockey team and First Team All-Conference selection...played junior hockey for the Carleton Place Canadians of the Central Canada Hockey League and South Shore Kings of the National Collegiate Development Conference...transferred to Curry after three years at CCC foe Nichols College...tallied seven goals and eight assists for 15 points over 39 career games for the Bison
