MILTON, Mass. - Curry College was defeated in three sets by Gordon College in a Conference of New England in a women's volleyball match Saturday morning at Dr. Eleanor Meyerhoff Katz Gymnasium. Set scores were 25-17, 25-17, 25-16.

With the loss, the Colonels fall to an overall record of 1-20 and a conference record of 0-6.

Kyah Earls (San Francisco, Calif.) led the team with nine kills while Sonja Matheson (Voluntown, Conn.) had a team-high 11 digs and a game-high three service aces. Abby Sousa (Seekonk, Mass.) dished out 13 assists to lead the squad.

Curry College returns to action on Wednesday, October 30th, to host Emmanuel at 6 p.m.
