MILTON, Mass. - The Curry College women's volleyball team suffered a 3-0 defeat to Endicott College Tuesday evening in Commonwealth Coast Conference action at the Dr. Eleanor Meyerhoff Katz Gymnasium. Set scores were 25-9, 25-10, 25-4.
With the defeat, Curry moves to 4-21 overall on the season and 0-8 in CCC action.
Curry was paced on the evening by senior outside hitter Lauren Guzman (Cranston, R.I.), who finished the evening with a team-high five kills. She also contributed three digs.
Senior libero Amber Buttaro (Tewksbury, Mass.) was the defensive leader on the evening, chipping in six digs to lead Curry.
Next up for Curry, they will take on Salve Regina University in their season finale on Thursday evening. The match will also be Curry's Senior Day, where Guzman, Buttaro, and setter Brooke Reissfelder (Biddeford, Maine) will be honored before their final match at Katz Gymnasium.
