MILTON, Mass. – Curry College Athletics has announced the implementation of the Summer Spotlight series, which will feature profiles of returning student-athletes and coaches across the Colonels' 14 NCAA Division III programs.
We continue the series with Brooke Reissfelder (Biddeford, Maine), a sophomore from our women's volleyball program:
How did you get into your sport? I wanted to try something new my freshman year of high school and decided to try out for volleyball.
Why did you choose Curry? I chose Curry because I liked the campus.
What is your dream job? Genetic Counselor
What is your greatest sports moment? I was captain senior year and was named to the First Team All-Conference junior and senior year of high school. I was also asked to play and represent Biddeford in the Senior All-Star game.
Do you have any pregame/pre-event rituals? If so, what are they? Getting pumped up in the locker room before we go up to the gym.
