BIDDEFORD, Maine - Curry College Women's Soccer team continued Commonwealth Coast Conference action with a loss on the road Saturday afternoon.

With the loss, Curry moves forward with an overall record of 6-4-1 and 1-1-1 in the CCC.

The hosting Nor'easters began scoring in the conference bout. Emily Martin found the back of the net first to put UNE in front 1-0. No goals from the visitors sent the contest into the halftime break with UNE still in the lead.

UNE struck again just over 10 minutes into the second half, Marie Hoehner granting the Nor'easters a two-goal lead. Two more goals from the Nor'easters late in the second half solidified the win for the hosts.

Curry's Hannah Correa (Carver, Mass.) marked 10 saves in the conference loss on the road.

The Colonels return to the field Friday as they host conference opponent Nichols College on Katz Field at 7 PM.
