MILTON, Mass. - The Curry College Women's Soccer Team fell to non-conference opponent Regis College 1-0 on Walter M. Katz Field Saturday afternoon.

With the loss, Curry moves forward with a record of 1-1 on their young season.

The afternoon contest went scoreless through 81 minutes of play. Regis' Hailey Lovell marked the opening goal of the match, finding the back of the net on a volley in the middle of the box delivered by Maria Toumbouras. 

The Colonels tallied 17 shots total, 10 on goal. Regis' goalkeepers combined for 10 saves on the day. 

Curry's Shannon Folan (Hudson, Mass.), Kiera Lindmark (Norfolk, Mass.), and Madison Frye (Abington, Mass.) each tallied three shots to lead their side.

Colonel's goalkeeper Hannah Correa (Carver, Mass.) tallied four saves in the loss.

The Colonels return to Walter M. Katz Field Sunday as they host Maine Maritime at 1 PM.
