Women’s Lacrosse Upended by Endicott

MILTON, Mass. - Curry College was defeated 21-7 by Endicott College in a Conference of New England women's lacrosse game Saturday morning at Walter M. Katz Field.

With the loss, the Colonels' overall record falls to 4-12 and 1-7 in conference play.

Grayson Goolgasian opened up scoring with an unassisted goal just one minute into play to give the Colonels a 1-0 lead. Sarah Kelly scored the next Curry goal four minutes later, while Goolgasian connected with Samantha Sprissler for the third Curry goal of the game. Goolgasian added another unassisted goal in the second quarter.

Goolgasian, Kelly, and Natalie Keenan scored the Colonels' three second-half goals with assists from Nicole Michael and Ally Selados.

Vivi Helquist started in net for the Colonels, making six saves throughout the game and totaling over 200 career saves. Goolgasian's 60 career assists also put her in the top 10 all-time on the Curry assists and points leaderboards.

Curry College returns to action on Wednesday, April 23rd, to close out regular season play against the University of New England beginning at 7 p.m.
