Women’s Lacrosse Eliminated From CCC Playoffs by WNE

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Curry College was knocked out of the 2024 Commonwealth Coast Conference women's lacrosse postseason after a 19-3 loss to Western New England in a playoff game at Golden Bear Stadium.

The loss concludes play for the Colonels in 2024, finishing with an overall record of 6-12 and a conference record of 2-5.

Three different players scored throughout the contest, the first being Casey Conneely (Arlington, Mass.) who scored her 21st goal of the season to put the Colonels on the board late in the second quarter. She was assisted on the scoring play by Ellie Hardman (Hanover, Mass.).

Hardman was next to score late in the third quarter, netting her 34th goal of the season. Chloe Chevirer (West Suffield, Conn.) assisted Natalie Keenan (Haverhill, Mass.) on the final Curry goal, which arrived early in the fourth quarter. Keenan finished the year with 42 goals, second only to Grayson Goolgasian (Johnston, R.I.), who had a team-high 47 goals and 27 assists on the season.
