SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Abby Dubel (Wolfeboro, N.H.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference Women's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. Additionally, she was named the ECAC Division III Northeast Rookie of the Week. 

Dubel started her collegiate career with an eight-point week. In her debut, she put away four tallies, including two on free position attempts, as the Colonels defeated Salem State, 15-9. She had two goals against Lasell in her second contest before recording a goal and an assist against Becker to close out the week. She was extremely efficient on offense as she converted on 46.7 percent (7-for-15) of her shots, while putting all but one of them on goal. Defensively, she recovered six ground balls, secured eight draw controls, and caused three turnovers.
