Beverly, MA - The Curry Women's Hockey team took on #14/#15 ranked Endicott on Saturday, falling 5-2. The Colonels are now 5-8-1 overall, and 4-6-0 in CNE play. The Gulls are now 12-4-0 and 7-2-0.

The Colonels started things off quickly, scoring less than two minutes into the game, as Bella Mardesich scored on an assist from Grayson Goolgasian. Nine minutes later the Gulls would tie it up. But less than a minute would go by before the Colonels retook the lead, this time on a Danielle Reid goal. But that lead was short lived, as the Gulls scored less than a minute later themselves. An early second period goal for Endicott put them ahead, and they would add two third period goals.

Despite being outshot 48-29, the Colonels won the faceoff battle 29-16, with Hannah Berkowitz putting on a strong 9-11 showing. Goalie Sarah Kerr made 43 saves in the loss.

Up Next - The two teams will run it back on Saturday, this time at Curry at 3pm.
