Women’s Basketball Silenced by Suffolk

BOSTON. - Curry College was defeated 83-46 by Suffolk University in a Conference of New England women's basketball game Saturday afternoon at the Larry E. Smith & Michael S. Smith Court.

With the loss, the Colonels fall to an overall record of 3-5 and a conference record of 0-2.

Freshman Grace Fleuriel led Curry in scoring with 11 points in 21 minutes coming off the bench. She also grabbed four rebounds and had one block. Lauren Morse also had a major impact, scoring eight off the bench while Lauren Dunn finished with seven points. Kasey Reeves had a team-high eight rebounds.

Curry College returns to action on Tuesday, December 10th, with a 5:30 p.m. road matchup against Roger Williams.
