SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Curry College freshman Deanna McMahon (Hanover, Mass.) has been named as Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Pitcher of the Week for the period April 2-8.

McMahon tossed a complete-game shutout in her first collegiate start, as she pitched seven innings, allowed seven hits, walked two and fanned six in a 4-0 victory over CCC foe Wentworth.
