Bourne, MA - The Curry Cross Country team competed in the Travis Fuller Invitational on Saturday, with the men's team finishing in third place, and the women sending three racers to compete.

For the men, they sent seven racers, led by Alexander Nason. He finished in 9th with a time of 30:10 in the 8k. Just behind him in 17th was Paul Alfonso with a time of32:20. The remaining five runners for Curry placed between 29th and 40th.

For the women, Mackenzie Husson just missed out on the podium in thr 5k, placing in 5th with a time of 21:15. Two freshman also raced for the Colonels, with Liv Pennington finishing in 28th with a time of 25:50, and Zoe Desmarais finishing in 32nd with a time of 26:36.00

Up Next - After a week off, the team will race again at the Westfield State Invite on October 12th.
