Nashua, NH - The Curry Men's Volleyball team fell in straight sets on Thursday to Rivier, losing 25-21, 25-12, 25-13. The Colonels are now 4-6 on the season, while the Raiders are 5-7.

Curry got out to a hot start, racing out to an 8-3 lead in the first set. But that would be short lived, as Rivier soon took over. The Raiders began the second set on a 9-0 run, cruising to a 2-0 lead. The third set was the same, as Rivier began the set on a 13-1 run.

Only two Colonels had more than two kills, those being Chris Milfort (5) and Camron DeMello (4). Owen Hemenway had eight set assists, while Michael Swanigan led the team with six digs. Milo Barry Young contributed with four blocks.

Up Next - The Colonels will look to bounce back on Saturday when they play at Regis, while also taking on Emerson in the middle match of the tri-match.
