
MILTON, Mass. - Curry College played Nichols College to a 1-1 draw in a Conference of New England men's soccer game Friday afternoon at Walter M. Katz Field.
With the draw, the Colonels' overall record adjusts to 5-7-1 and 0-2-1 in conference play.
After falling to a 1-0 deficit in the first half, Curry evened the score in the 57th minute of play when sophomore Justin Castillo (Sutton, Mass.) scored his first collegiate goal off a pass from his classmate Ryan Koster (Oak Bluffs, Mass.)
Brendan Cunningham (Middletown, N.Y.) held down the fort in goal for the Colonels, making 11 saves to keep the Bison from taking home the win.
Curry College returns to action in a non-conference home match against Plymouth State on Tuesday, October 8th, beginning at 4 p.m.
