Men's Soccer Hosts First "Practice Night" for Real Boston Soccer Academy

MILTON, Mass. - On Monday, October 7, the Curry Men's Soccer team hosted the Under 11, and two Under 14 boys' teams from the Real Boston Soccer Academy. RBSA is a local club soccer program based in Quincy that plays in the Massachusetts Premiere League or MAPLE.

Each team was given 7 Curry student-athletes who worked with them through various technical and tactical exercises. Once that was done the teams then broke down into small-sided scrimmages to end the evening.

This initiative is something the Curry coaching staff will be continuing throughout the fall with other teams from RBSA coming to participate in a "Practice Night."

Junior Captain Nick Gilman said: "It was an enjoyable night working with the kids; it helps us refocus and enjoy our experience more, as well as helping them with theirs."
