Beverly, MA - The Curry Men's Hockey team defeated Endicott on Saturday by a final score of 4-1. With the win, the Colonels split the weekend series with the Gulls, with each team winning on the road. The Colonels are now 3-1-0 on the season, and 1-1-0 in CNE play. The Gulls are now 1-2-0 and 1-1-0.

The Colonels wasted no time, jumping out to a lead less than two minutes into the game. Victor Daigneault scored his first career goal off an assist from Tyler Drummond. Just two minutes later The Colonels doubled their lead on a Grady Friedman goal. His goal was assisted by Karim Gayfullin and Manny Cabral. A goal from the Gulls would cut the lead in half headed into the first intermission.

The Colonels would build that lead back up to two in the second period on another goal from Grady Friedman, this time assisted by Cabral. Cabral would then get a goal of his own in the third period, scoring an unassisted power play goal late in the third period.

Goalie Shane Soderwall was his usual self, allowing just the one goal, and making 35 saves.

Up Next - The Colonels will be back on the ice next Friday when they travel to WNE for an 8pm game.
