SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Curry College freshman Mike Pellegrini (Markham, Ontario) has been named as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week for the sport of men's ice hockey, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Pellegrini picked up two points in the backend of Curry's home-and-home series with Western New England this weekend. Both points came on the road on Saturday. He scored a goal and handed out an assist and finished the week with a plus-three rating.

Pellegrini and the Colonels (15-6-3 overall, 10-4-2 CCC) close out the regular season on Saturday, February 16 on the road at Becker at 6:10 p.m.
