BIDDEFORD, Maine - Curry College football freshman Montie Quinn (Goose Creek, S.C.) was named the Commonwealth Coast Conference's Offensive Player and Offensive Rookie of the Week on Monday afternoon.

Quinn continued his breakout rookie season on Saturday, rushing for 171 yards and four touchdowns in Curry's 49-9 victory over Hilbert College. He also caught a pair of passes for 21 yards.

He was also the CCC's Offensive Rookie of the Week on September 19.

The Colonels will be back in action on Saturday, opening CCC play at the University of New England. Kick-off from Biddeford is slated for 1 p.m.
