MILTON, Mass. - The Curry College baseball team was defeated by non-conference opponent Lasell University 14-3 at Jack Vallely Diamond Tuesday afternoon.

Fagala would notch the first Curry run on a Yaya Fuentes (Mission, Texas) groundout to short-stop.

The bottom of the fourth saw two additional Colonel runs. Curry's Drew Fagala notched his second double of the matchup, batting in Justin Schloss (Brooklym, N.Y.) to bring the Colonels within one run of the visitors. The next at-bat saw a Joan Peralta double to right field, allowing Fagala to score, tying the contest at 3-3.

Nine hits with two home runs in the top of the fifth facilitated a 10-run inning for the Lasers, now leading 13-3.

One additional run from the visitors and none by the hosts would close out the contest on Vallely Diamond 14-3 in favor of the visiting Lasers.
