Hartford, CT - The Curry Cross Country team competed at the Hartford Invitational on Saturday. The men's team finished in 10th, while the women had three racers.

For the men, Alex Nason led the way in 75th place in the 5k with a time of 19:56.1. Also finishing in the top 100 was Paul Alfonso (85th, 21:08.4), Glanzer Mar (99th, 23:36.1), and Alex Jodoin (100th, 23:52.1). The remaining runners for the Colonels were Adam Palmer (106th, 24:42.0), Michael Desir (111th, 25:59.4), and Kiwaane Gray (117th, 27:38.7).

The women ran a 3k, and saw Mackenzie Husson lead the team with a 59th place finish with a time of 14:45.5. Next was Olivia Pennington in 69th with a time of 15:33.9. Rounding out the trio was Zoe Desmarias in 78th with a time of 16:38.7.

Up Next - The Colonels will race again next Saturday at the Pop Crowell Invitational at Gordon College.
