Milton, MA - The Curry Women's Soccer battled Maine Fort Kent to a 0-0 draw on Friday. The Colonels are now 4-6-5 on the season, while the Bengals are 6-5-4. Prior to the game the Colonels recognized their five seniors: Lexi Smardon, Jovi Goldstein, Sarah Crusse, Lindsey Barfield, and Samantha DeRuosi.
The Colonels controlled play, and dominated ball possession. They outshot the Bengals 17-1, including an 8-0 advantage in SOG. The Colonels had plenty of opportunities, having 13 corner kicks, nine of which came in the first half.
The senior Goldstein led the team with six shots. Another senior in Smardon posted her 7th career shutout.
Up Next - The Colonels will hit the field again on Wednesday when they travel to Endicott.
