Women’s Soccer Draws With Suffolk on Senior Day

MILTON, Mass. - Curry College played Suffolk University to a 0-0 draw in a Conference of New England women's soccer match Saturday morning at Walter M. Katz Field.

With the draw the Colonels slide to an overall record of 5-7-3 and a conference record of 1-3-2.

Before the game, eight Curry College seniors were honored in a Senior Day ceremony to celebrate their contributions to the women's soccer team and Curry College.

Mia Schena (Nahant, Mass.) led the offensive efforts for the Colonels, taking two of the team's five shots on goal.

Hannah Correa (Carver, Mass.) played the entire game in goal for the Colonels, making eight saves throughout the contest.

Curry College returns to conference play with a road matchup against the University of New England on Wednesday, October 23rd, beginning at 7 p.m.
