Milton, MA - The Curry Women's Soccer team was defeated by Bridgewater State on Wednesday by a final score of 3-1. The Colonels now sit at 5-5-2 on the season, while the Bears are 6-3-2.

The Colonels would strike first in the fourth minute, with a Natalie Keenan goal, her first of the season. She was assisted by Mia Schena. But the Bears would strike twice later in the half to take a 2-1 lead into the break. They would then score another goal two minutes into the second half, giving them the 3-1 lead, a score they would win by.

The Bears outshot the Colonels 24-8. Curry goalie Hannah Correa was a huge reason the game remained close, as she made 12 saves.

Up Next - The Colonels will return to CNE play on Saturday when they host Hartford at 4pm.
