MILTON, Mass. - Curry College was defeated 2-0 by Roger Williams Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference women's soccer action at William M. Katz Field.
Sydney Resendes (Coventry, R.I.) led the Curry offense, making the Hawks goalkeeper work with two shots on goal.
Hannah Correa (Carver, Mass.) played the entire game in net for the Colonels, making two saves in the loss.
Curry managed to outshoot their opponent, finishing with a total of 12 shots with five of them being on target compared to a total of 10 shots for Roger Williams. Both teams finished with two corners.
Curry College (1-4-3) returns to action with a non-conference home matchup against Wellesley beginning at 4 p.m.
