Soleil Archambeault Earns CCC Goaltender of the Week Honors

BIDDEFORD, Maine - Soleil Archambeault (London, Ontario), a senior on the Curry College women's ice hockey team, was named Monday afternoon the Commonwealth Coast Conference's Goaltender of the Week.
Archambeault helped the Colonels secure a tie with Western New England on Sunday with a 52-save effort in a 1-1 draw with the Golden Bears. She currently ranks second in the CCC in both goals against average at 1.21 and save percentage at .966.
It is the second consecutive week a Colonel has taken home the CCC women's ice hockey Goaltender of the Week award. Sophomore Anna Langton (Zimmerman, Minn.) won the award on November 14.
Archambeault and the Colonels will be back in action on Tuesday night with a non-conference battle against Worcester State University. Puck drop from the Canton Ice House is slated for 7 p.m.
