MILTON, Mass. - On the second day of the Curry College Women's Basketball Tip-Off Tournament, the host Colonels were topped by St. Joseph's College in the Championship Game, 57-42, while MIT outlasted Southern Vermont in the Consolation Game, 86-70.

The Monks were led by junior Morgan Cahill (Yarmouth, Maine) with a 12-point, 14-rebound double-double outing, while freshman Emily Quirion (Augusta, Maine) recorded a game-high 13 points. Sophomore Emily Kehoe (Perkinsville, Vt.) chipped in with seven points and seven steals.
MIT 86, SOUTHERN VERMONT 70
Engineers' juniors Sabrina Drammis (Hilton Head Island, S.C.) and Maya Ramachandran (Fremont, Calif.) both recorded double-doubles. Drammis poured in a team-high 27 points to go along with 10 rebounds, while Ramachandran scored 24 points and pulled down a team-best 16 boards. Senior Mari Kordell (Ijamsville, Md.) chipped in with 19 points.
