
Wellesley, MA - The Curry Softball team fell to 14-18 on the season on Wednesday after being shutout by Wellesley across two games, falling 5-0 and 8-0.
Game One
The Blue would score a run in the first, three in the fourth, another in the fifth. The Colonels were able to get two hits in the game, including a Morgan Barmash double. Caitlyn Wood dropped to 2-4 on the season, allowing four runs in four innings.
Game Two
In game two the Blue continued to score runs, scoring in every inning except the third. The Colonels had three hits, singles by Ana Tsonis, Natalia O'Kleasky, and Jillian Rogers. Jillian Rogers dropped to 10-4 on the season after allowing six runs in 3.2 innings.
Up Next - The Colonels will host UNE on Saturday for two games the Colonels will need to win to keep their playoff hopes alive.
