Wenham, MA - The Curry Cross Country team raced at the Pop Crowell Invitation, hosted by Gordon, on Saturday. The men's team placed ninth, while the women's team had three runners compete.

The top finisher for the men in the 8k was junior Alex Nason, as placed 54th with a time of 31:58.0. Just behind him was Paul Alfonso in 62nd place at 33:02.5. next was Glanzer Mar in 82nd with a time of 36:13.4. Adam Palmer and Alex Jodoin finished right next to each other in 91st and 92nd with times of 40:19.6 and 40:24.6.

For the women, Mackenzie Husson led the way in the 6k, finishing in 46th with a time of 28:44.1. Behind her were two freshman in Olivia Pennington and Zoe Desmarias, they finished in 64th and 71st respectively, with times of 32:26.8 and 35:20.7.

Up Next - The Colonels will race again next Saturday at the Mass Maritime Invitational.
