Men’s Lacrosse Outpaced by Rivier

MILTON, Mass. - Curry College was defeated 13-2 by Rivier University in a non-conference collegiate men's lacrosse game Wednesday evening at Walter M. Katz Field.

With the loss, the Colonels fall to an overall record of 0-8 on the season.

Sebastian Reid scored the Colonels' first goal with 2:28 remaining in the first quarter and was assisted on the play by Jed Cappuccino. The Colonels wouldn't score again until the final minute of the game when Nicholas Cole scored an unassisted goal with 32 seconds remaining.

Logan Gibbons and CJ Veader split time in net for the Colonels, combining for 12 saves in the loss.

Curry College returns to action on Tuesday, March 5th, in a non-conference away game at Lasell beginning at 5 p.m.
