Alex was born in Middletown, R.I...is majoring in criminal justice at Curry...the son of Sarah and Lloyd Ripa...has one older sister, Katie, who played basketball at St. Lawrence University...favorite spot on campus: Miller Fieldhouse...chose Curry for the criminal justice and men's lacrosse program

Alex is a 2020 graduate of Middletown High School in Middletown, R.I...played four years of varsity lacrosse and ice hockey for the Islanders...won two state championships in lacrosse
