Milton, MA - After a 2-0-0 weekend sweep of JWU, the Curry Men's Hockey team rised to 6th in both the USCHO and DIIIHockeyNews.com rankings. Last week they were 7th in the USCHO rankings, and 8th in the DIIIHockeyNews.com rankings.

After beating the Wildcats on the road 5-3 on Friday, the Colonels coasted to a 501 win at home on Saturday.

Senior Eelis Laaksonen had five points across the two games, scoring three goals and adding two assists.

The Colonels are also now up to #3 in the PairWise, behind only Hobart and Utica. The PairWise is what is used to determine the seeding in the NCAA Tournament.

The Colonels will look to keep up the good vibes, as they take on Suffolk this weekend. The Colonels will take a seven game win streak into their game on Friday.
