SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Curry College freshman Michael Snow (Medford, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference Men's Ice Hockey Player and Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.

Snow had an impressive week for Curry as he recorded eight points in two non-conference wins. He picked up two helpers in a 5-1 win over Westfield State before exploding for a career-high six points against Neumann in an 8-3 victory. Snow's six-point performance included his first collegiate hat trick as he scored three goals and three assists.

Snow and the Colonels return to the ice on Friday, January 19 as they welcome in Salve Regina for a 6:50 p.m. conference contest.
