Jackson Named As TCCC Player of the Week
MILTON, Mass. – Curry College junior guard Jarrell Jackson (Brockton, Mass.) has been named as The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Player of the Week for the period of November 15-21.

Jackson enjoyed a solid individual week, averaging 24.3 points, 5.0 assists, 3.0 steals and 2.3 rebounds per game over three contests against strong regional competition.

His top performance came in an 81-69 loss in Saturday’s Brandeis Invitational championship against the host Judges, as Jackson netted a career-high 35 points to go with four steals, three assists and three rebounds to earn a spot on the all-tournament team.

In Friday’s 73-71 semifinal victory over Colby, Jackson registered 21 points, six assists, three steals and two rebounds to lead Curry into the title tilt.

Earlier in the week, Jackson posted 17 points, six assists, two rebounds and two steals in an 83-71 loss to Babson. For the week, Jackson shot 46% from the field (26-of-57) and 68% from the line (17-of-25).
