MILTON, Mass. - The Curry College baseball team fell to non-conference opponent Lesley University at home Wednesday afternoon.
With the loss, Curry moves to 10-21 overall and 4-9 in the CCC.
The visiting Lynx notched nine runs in the top of the first on three hits to take an early lead over the hosting Colonels.
Curry tallied its sole run in the bottom of the fourth, Brandon Polanco (Brownsville, N.Y.) notching an RBI single to center field to send Conor Hanlon (Beverly, Mass.) in to score.
Three additional unanswered runs from the visitors closed out the non-conference matchup 14-1 in favor of the visiting Lynx.
Curry will be back in action Wednesday afternoon, as they face Lasell University on Jack Vallely Diamond at 3 PM.
