Milton, MA - The Curry College Department of Athletics is pleased to announce the addition of men's and women's outdoor track and field as its 18th and 19th varsity athletic programs.
The teams will participate in their inaugural seasons in the 2025-26 academic year. The traditional NCAA Division III outdoor track and field season runs from March to May.
"We are extremely excited to add outdoor track and field programs to our list of sport offerings here at Curry College," said Director of Athletics Vinnie Eruzione. "The expansion of our athletic programs, which provide unique opportunities for talented and motivated student-athletes, is a priority for our College. We hope that this will inspire new track and field student-athletes to enroll at Curry College and be part of this great experience."
Curry joins more than 300 Division III's institutions to sponsor a track and field team.
"Investing in our strong and vibrant athletic program is one more way in which Curry College is leaning forward and building on its positive momentum," said Curry President Jay Gonzalez. " We all look forward to welcoming our new track and field student athletes and to supporting them in achieving success at their meets and in the classroom."
Curry will join Endicott, Gordon, Nichols, Roger Williams, Suffolk, University of New England, and Wentworth as the eighth Conference of New England core member to feature a varsity track and field program.
