Lucas Drons and Madison Frye Earn United Soccer Coaches All-Region Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Two Curry College soccer student-athletes earned All-Region recognition from the United Soccer Coaches on Tuesday evening.

Junior Lucas Drons (Bellingham, Mass.) represented the Curry men's team by picking up a Second Team All-Region nod, while senior Madison Frye (Abington, Mass.) was named to the Third Team All-Region.

Drons led the CCC in goals (13) and points (28) in his junior campaign. He netted the game-winning goal in six of Curry's nine victories on the season, and tallied four postseason goals in Curry's run to the CCC Semifinals. For his efforts, he was named to the CCC First Team All-Conference.

Frye led Curry in goals scored this season with six, including five goals in CCC play. She also notched two assists to lead the Colonels with 14 points. She was named to the CCC First Team All-Conference and was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.
