Fall Pre-Season Check-In Dates Announced

MILTON, Mass. – Curry College Director of Athletics Vinnie Eruzione has announced arrival dates for six Colonel teams during August 2019. The department sponsors 14 varsity sports and six have their primary championship in the fall: Football, Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Women's Tennis, Women's Volleyball, and Women's Cross Country all compete in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) along with Curry's other eight varsity sports.

"A player who makes a team great is more valuable than a great player. Losing yourself in the group, for the good of the group, that's teamwork". – John Wooden

"A student may be invited to participate in or tryout during pre-season by a coach," says Eruzione. "You will receive a formal communication from the coach of that sport. Pre-season is by invitation only. If students do not make the roster during pre-season, they will be expected to return home until the general student population arrives."

Student-athletes invited to participate in a Varsity Sport (fall/winter/spring) should complete the necessary sports medicine and sports information requirements.
