A service ace by Curry's Jess Sullivan (Meredith, N.H.) and attack errors by the visitors brought the Colonels within three points of the Wildcats. Bay Path would close out the second set on a final score of 25-18.

The visiting Wildcats held their momentum as they began the third set surging forth to have a 10-5 lead over the hosting Colonels. Kills by Amber Buttaro (Tewksbury, Mass.), Jess Sullivan, and Leah Oscar-Phoenix brought the Colonels back into the action, now only trailing by four (13-9). With the score 16-10 in favor of the visiting Wildcats, Curry would mark a 10-6 scoring run to bring the final set within two in favor of Bay Path (22-20). The visiting Wildcats would close out the third set and defeat the Colonels with a third-set decision of 25-21.
