SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Curry College freshman Courtney DiBiasio (Coventry, R.I.) has been named Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Volleyball Rookie of the Week for the period of September 5-11.

DiBiasio collected 19 kills and 40 digs with a hitting percentage of .159, leading the Colonels to their first win of the season. She averaged 1.9 kills, 0.2 aces, 4.0 digs, and 0.2 blocks per set last week.

Curry is currently 1-2 and will resume play on September 15 with a non-conference match at Becker College.
