Two from Women's Soccer Land CCC All-Conference Selections

BIDDEFORD, Maine - A pair of Curry College women's soccer student-athletes earned Commonwealth Coast Conference All-Conference recognition on Tuesday morning as the league announced their selections.

Senior Madison Frye (Abington, Mass.) was named a First Team All-Conference selection, while classmate Lexi LaPerle (Gales Ferry, Conn.) earned Second Team All-Conference honors.

Frye led Curry in her team in goals scored this season with six, including five goals in CCC play. She also notched two assists to lead the Colonels with 14 points.

LaPerle appeared in 15 games for the Colonels in her senior season, leading the way on the back line with her work rate, speed, and physicality. She helped contain some of the top forwards in the CCC, and was a key component in generating her team's attack.

Both student-athletes, who served as captains for the Colonels this season, are first-time CCC All-Conference honorees.
