Women's Ice Hockey Outpaced by Worcester State

WORCESTER, Mass. - Curry College was defeated 4-0 by Worcester State University Monday afternoon in non-conference women's ice hockey action at the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center.

With the loss, the Colonels fall to an overall record of 2-2.

Danielle Reid (Plainview, N.Y.) led the Curry attack with nine total shots. Margot Oxman ( Lower Merion, Pa.) and Ava Doyle (Lynnfield, Mass.) were also significant the the Colonels' offense with four shots each.

Sarah Kerr (Sarah Kerr) played the entire game in net for Curry, finishing with 36 saves in the loss.

Curry College returns to action on Friday (11/10) to face off against the University of New England in a home Commonwealth Coast Conference matchup at 7 p.m.
