Women’s Basketball Upended By Endicott

MILTON, Mass. - Curry College was defeated 81-63 by Endicott College on Senior Night in a Commonwealth Coast Conference women's basketball matchup at Dr. Eleanor Meyerhoff Katz Gymnasium.

With the loss, the Colonels fall to an overall record of 7-17 and a conference record of 2-13.

Prior to the start of the contest, seniors on both sides were honored in a pregame Senior Night ceremony. Jacklyn MacDonald (Attleboro, Mass.) was the lone senior for the Colonels, participating in the tip-off for Curry.

Sophomore Olivia Gourdine (Barnstable, Mass.) led the Colonels with a career-high 19 points coming off the bench while shooting 9-for-16 from the field including one three-pointer.

Sophomore Lauren Dunn (Hanson, Mass.) knocked down a pair of threes to finish with 16 points, five rebounds, four assists, and two steals while junior Kylie McCarthy (Beverly, Mass.) finished with 13 points, five rebounds, four assists, one steal, and a block.

Curry College closes out regular season play with a road matchup against Suffolk University on Saturday, February 17th, beginning at 1 p.m.
