Lima-Caron wrapped up her first season on the coaching staff at Curry and served as the Assistant Coach in 2018. Lima-Caron has held several different coaching positions across the college and club level. Most recently, she served as an assistant manager at Fitness Together. Prior to that, she was an assistant coach at the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) in 2008-09. She helped guide the team to a 17-3 record as they finished as the runner-up in Region XXI. Currently, she works as at Fastpitch Performance, an all-female softball facility. She conducts clinics, team-based practices and individualized and group lessons. Lima-Caron also works at Southcoast Collaborative, where she assists young adults 14-22 years old with Individualized Education Plans (IEP), a position she has held since 2016.

Lima-Caron played collegiately at Temple University. She currently resides in Woonsocket, R.I.
