Men's Tennis Faulters Against UMB

Milton, MA - The Curry men's tennis team fell to the UMass-Boston Beacons on Tuesday by a final score of 7-2. The Colonels are now 0-3 on the season, while the Beacons pick up their first win of the season at 1-1.

The singles matches saw the Colonels play their most competitive tennis so far this season. Naytik Vora cruised to a straight set victory by a score of 6-1, 6-3 to pick up the first point of the season for the Colonels. Nick Norman almost had another point for Curry, but fell in a third set tiebreaker. But Norman would get the Colonels a point in the doubles matches, teaming with Zackery Aldrich, the pair defeated their UMB opponents 8-7.

Up Next - The Colonels will travel to Gordon on Friday.
