Men’s Soccer Falls to Wentworth

BOSTON, Mass. - The Curry College men's soccer team continued Commonwealth Coast Conference action with a loss Saturday afternoon against the Wentworth Leopards.

With the loss, Curry falls to 4-2-1 overall and 0-2 in the CCC.

The first half of the afternoon CCC matchup saw no score from either side.

Just over fifteen minutes into the second half, Wentworth put a goal on the board. Jacob Dukeshire gave his side the one-goal lead, assisted by Raphael Ribeiro.

The Colonels would not be able to answer back despite five shots (one on net) following the Wentworth game-winner.

Curry's senior goalkeeper Kyle Tremblay (Methuen, Mass.) marked six saves in the conference loss on the road.

The Colonels return to the pitch Wednesday as they host Worcester State University in non-conference action on Walter M. Katz Field at 7 PM.
