Men's Soccer Head Coach Peter Mendel to Participate in CCC Coaches Panel

BIDDEFORD, Maine – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) is pleased to introduce a pair of panel discussions for CCC student-athletes wishing to pursue a career in athletics.

The two panels, which will take place on the evenings of Monday, Oct. 12 and Tuesday, Oct. 13, will feature former CCC student-athletes who have now established themselves as head coaches or administrators in the league.

Each of the conference's 10 member schools will be represented on the panels with five participants joining each night.

CCC Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye will moderate the discussion as the panelists discuss their career paths and the steps they took to successfully transition from student-athletes to their current positions.

"For 14 years as CCC Commissioner, I have always considered it a privilege to watch student-athletes develop throughout their collegiate careers," said Kaye. "I have especially loved watching student-athletes succeed following graduation. I am fortunate to remain in contact with those who have moved on to coaching and administration roles at CCC schools. I am confident that their message and experiences will inspire the current student-athletes who will soon become their peers and colleagues."
