2013 Men's Lacrosse Team Captains Announced
MILTON, Mass. – Marc Fein (D), Joseph Natale (M), and Andrew Navoni (M) have been named team captains for the 2013 Curry College men’s lacrosse season.  All three seniors are first-time captains for the Colonels.

Fein (East Greenbush, NY/The Forman School) started in 13 games last spring.  Throughout the year, he caused 26 turnovers and picked up 37 groundballs. This spring, Coach Murphy is looking for Fein to anchor a veteran defensive unit for the Colonels.

In 2012, Natale (Haverhill, MA/Haverhill) was named to the Commonwealth Coast Conference First Team.  He tallied 42 goals and 13 assists for a total of 55 points in his junior campaign.  While donning the Purple and White, he has split time as both an attack man and a midfielder.

After playing the role of short-stick defensive midfielder for most of his career at Curry College, Navoni (Natick, MA/Rivers) will be looking to utilize his skill on both sides of the field this spring. In 2012, he led the Colonels with 61 groundballs and also added 6 points, while being named to the Commonwealth Coast Conference Honorable Mention Team.

The Colonels were 10-8 last season and advanced to the ECAC Tournament in May.  They won the first game of the tournament against Husson University before losing in the semi-finals to conference foe Endicott College.
