PAWTUCKET, RI. – Quick back-to-back goals was the key to victory for visiting Curry College on Thursday night. The Colonels defeated the Johnson & Wales University men's ice hockey team, 4-2.

Of Note:
Curry got the first two goals of the game nearly 90 seconds apart in the first period. Shane Tracy scored at the 16:33 mark then Adam Valadao scored at18:08 to put the Colonels up 2-0.
JWU cut the lead in half during the second period. Ryan Sete (Jackson, Mich.) took an outlet pass from goaltender Tyler Ellor (Saratoga Springs, NY) and found the back of the net with 4:46 left in the frame.
Curry pushed the lead back to two goals when Zolton Eross scored two minutes after Sete and Valadao produced his second goal of the game just 36 seconds into the third period.
Sete answered with his second goal of the game four minutes later, but the Wildcats would not get any closer.
