SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – 25 Curry College football student-athletes have been named to the Commonwealth Coast Football (CCC Football) 2017 Academic All-Conference Team, as announced by the league office on Wednesday morning.
A total of 147 student-athletes from the six CCC Football schools received All-Academic recognition.
To qualify for the team a student-athlete must have attained at least sophomore status and maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. CCC Football Offensive Player of the Year Alex Corvese (Cranston, R.I.) was named to the Academic All-Conference team in addition to four other All-Conference performers.
